3. God's secret master plan includes us.

Ephesians 3:6 This is God's plan: Both Gentiles and Jews who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God's children. 9 I was chosen to explain to everyone this mysterious plan that God, the Creator of all things, had kept secret from the beginning. 10 God's purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. 11 This was his eternal plan, which
he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord. (NLT) Rom 2:28- 3:2

4. This new Jesus movement is the center of God's focus today.

Ephesians 1:20 God raised Jesus from the dead and set him on a throne in deep heaven, 21 in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. 22 He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church. 23 The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the
church. The church is Christ's body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.

5. To prep for our “life after death” let’s make God's focus our focus.

Colossians 1:26 This mystery has been kept in the dark for a long time, but now it's out in the open. 27 God wanted everyone, not just Jews, to know this rich and glorious secret inside and out. The mystery in a nutshell is just this: Christ is in you; therefore you can look forward to sharing in God's glory. It's that simple. That is the substance of our Message. 28 We preach Christ, warning people not to add to the Message. We teach in a spirit of
profound common sense so that we can bring each person to maturity. To be mature is to be basic. Christ! No more, no less. 29 That's what I'm working so hard at day after day, year after year, doing my best with the energy God so generously gives me. (Message Bible)
