Trip Focus: This trip will include ministry to children, construction, some sight seeing and church!

💰 Trip Costs & Payment Schedule
Total Cost: $2500.00
Includes: Airfare, lodging, meals, ground transport, insurance, ministry supplies
Does NOT include: Passport, vaccines, spending money, snacks, souvenirs
Payment Deadlines:
  • Deposit: $100 – Non-refundable, due with Registration 
  • 2nd Payment: $1400 – due October 1, 2025
  • Final Payment: $1000 – due December 31, 2025

✅ Who Can Join
  • Must be 16 or older to travel alone, must be 14 or older to travel with a parent
  • Have a valid passport October 15, 2026
  • Attend all required meetings (Approximately 4 before the trip)
  • Have a heart for service and willingness to be flexible

🏥 Vaccinations
  • You will be required to take some vaccinations before the trip. These are required by Cambodia. 
  
🙏 Spiritual Preparation
We encourage each team member to begin preparing spiritually through:
  • Daily prayer and Bible reading
  • Attending team meetings
  • Journaling what God is teaching you
  
🧾 Code of Conduct
  • Represent Christ in all interactions
  • Dress appropriately for the scheduled activity (Church, construction, etc.) 
  • No alcohol, tobacco, or drug use
  • Honor team leaders and local hosts
  • Use phones only at designated times
  • Be flexible and servant-hearted
